Meet: Pia Kynoch
Most aesthetic professionals talk about treating the skin. Pia Kynoch starts with the nervous system.
Pia is a multi-award-winning skin therapist, Naturopath, Breathwork facilitator, and holistic educator with over 25 years of experience. She is the founder of Inspiration Place, a multidimensional wellness centre in Melbourne, and the creator of Pia Kynoch Holistic Education. On this online and in-person platform, she delivers courses, workshops, mentoring, and keynote presentations.
Her background is unusually broad. Pia’s training spans skin and dermal therapies, corneotherapy, functional nutrition, NLP, lymphatic massage, Qi Gong, Reiki, acupressure, feminine embodiment yoga, quantum biology, and Breathwork facilitation. She has trained in the Biology of Trauma through Dr Aimie Apigian’s program, adding clinical depth to her understanding of how unresolved stress and trauma show up in the body, the skin, and the therapeutic relationship.
That multidisciplinary foundation gives Pia a lens that most practitioners in the aesthetic space haven’t been exposed to. She wants skin therapists to expand their understanding of what’s happening beneath the surface.
