About the Panel
Every entry submitted to the Aesthetic Business Awards is assessed by a panel of independent judges drawn from across the Australian aesthetic industry. Our judges bring real-world expertise in clinical practice, business leadership, education and brand building, so every decision is made by someone who genuinely understands the work being recognised.
All judging is conducted independently and confidentially. Entries are assessed against published criteria for each category, and judges with any conflict of interest are recused from relevant decisions.

Entries submitted
Businesses and individuals submit their entries through our awards platform, responding to the published criteria for each category they’re entering.

Independent review
Each entry is assessed independently by our panel of industry judges. Judges with any conflict of interest are recused from relevant category decisions.

Finalists selected

Winners announced
Winners are revealed live on the night at the Awards ceremony. Results remain confidential until the moment they’re announced on stage.
Judging is confidential
All entry submissions, judge scores and deliberations are handled in strict confidence. Results are not shared with any party prior to the ceremony, and entry content is never shared beyond the judging panel.
