The Aesthetic Business Masters Awards are judged by people who know this industry from the inside. Not observers, but practitioners, founders, strategists, and educators who have built businesses, led teams, navigated regulation, and sat across the table from clinic owners working through the same challenges you are. This series introduces you to the people behind the scorecard, so you know exactly who’s reading your submission and what they’ll be looking for.
Meet: Nicole Kratzmann

Nicole has worked with clinic owners across multiple states for more than two decades, and the difference she sees between clinics that thrive long-term and those that cycle through suppliers every few years comes down to one thing: the quality of their partnerships. She wants clinic owners to evaluate their technology and product partners not just on what the device can do, but on the training, support, and commercial understanding that comes with it. A good partnership strengthens your business. A transactional one just fills your treatment room with equipment.
Nicole is currently a Business Development Manager at Monesthetica, a company at the forefront of exosome technology with brands like Préime under their helm, where she plays a key role in strengthening clinic partnerships and advocating for clinic success across their network. She is also the Owner of AKISS, a registered training organisation she established to bridge the gap between basic beauty therapy and advanced paramedical aesthetics, offering practitioners access to quality training in modalities like IPL, laser, RF, and microdermabrasion. AKISS holds national recognition for its Laser Safety Course and has trained students from across Australia and internationally.
Throughout her 30-year career across the aesthetic, medical device, and professional education sectors, Nicole has held senior leadership roles spanning business development, education, and professional training with some of the biggest names in aesthetic technology. She is known for her ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes, supporting clinics through operational improvements, team development, and the constant shifts of a rapidly evolving industry.
What sets Nicole Kratzmann apart is her consultative approach. She combines deep industry knowledge with genuine care for the people she works with, ensuring clinics feel supported, informed, and confident in their commercial and clinical decisions. Her exceptional relationship-building skills have made her a trusted advisor to clinic owners and partners across multiple states and territories.
As a judge for the Aesthetic Business Masters Awards, Nicole brings a perspective shaped by decades of working alongside clinics at every stage of growth. She understands what sustainable success requires from the inside out: the right training foundations, smart technology investments, strong team capability, and partnerships that serve the business long-term. Entrants can expect her to look for substance over polish and strategy over hype.
