The Aesthetic Business Masters Awards are judged by people who know this industry from the inside. Not observers, but practitioners, founders, strategists, and educators who have built businesses, led teams, navigated regulation, and sat across the table from clinic owners working through the same challenges you are. This series introduces you to the people behind the scorecard, so you know exactly who’s reading your submission and what they’ll be looking for.
Meet: Justine Stewart-Crompton

Justine Stewart-Crompton has spent close to two decades on the commercial side of aesthetic medicine, and she wants clinic owners to evaluate their supplier relationships with the same rigour they apply to hiring a team member. The best supplier partnerships include clinical training, ongoing education, and genuine support for the business behind the purchase. The worst ones end at the invoice. She believes the clinics that grow strategically are the ones that choose partners who care about their outcomes, not just their order volume.
Justine holds a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Adelaide. She has held clinical education, business development, and key account management roles across some of the biggest names in the industry, including Galderma, Cryomed Aesthetics, Syneron Candela, and Fresh Clinics. At Syneron Candela, she delivered advanced training across the full range of laser and energy-based systems. At Cryomed, she led training programs in injectables and cosmeceuticals. At Galderma, she managed a diverse portfolio with a focus on consultative sales and strategic market growth. At Fresh Clinics, she served as National Key Account Manager, working closely with clinics across Australia to foster sustained growth and patient satisfaction.
In 2024, Justine founded Aesthetics Directory, a platform connecting aesthetic practitioners with industry resources, peer networks, and continuing education opportunities. The launch reflected a pattern that has defined her career: identifying gaps in the support infrastructure and building something to fill them.
As a judge for the Aesthetic Business Masters Awards, Justine Stewart-Crompton brings the perspective of someone who has supported clinics from the outside in. She understands what good partnerships look like, how training translates to clinical outcomes, and what it takes to grow a practice with the right commercial relationships in place. Entrants who demonstrate smart supplier partnerships, strong team training, and a strategic approach to technology adoption will resonate with her assessment.
