The Inaugural Aesthetic Business Awards Winners Have Been Announced
The winners of the inaugural Aesthetic Business Awards were announced at a black-tie gala at The Langham Melbourne on 18 May, marking the first national awards program in Australia dedicated to recognising entrepreneurship and business excellence in the medical aesthetic industry.
With over 500 entries received nationally across 17 categories, the awards celebrate measurable business achievement rather than clinical judgement, offering clinic owners, operators and industry professionals recognition that sits within AHPRA and TGA regulatory guidelines.

Entrants submitted written insight into their businesses, supported by evidence and examples of measurable success. Entries were assessed by a panel of 35 industry leaders across education, sales, marketing, communications, medical aesthetics and more.
“We created these awards because the people building this industry deserve to be recognised for more than their clinical skills,” said Aesthetic Business Awards co-founder Nicole Montgomery. “Every winner on this list has built something from the ground up, often without any formal business training. This is long overdue recognition for their courage, creativity and commercial thinking.”
